Gunman attacks Lincoln University

Shots were fired at a Lincoln University Homecoming Week event. The shooting was reported around 9:15 p.m. local time in the 1500 block of Baltimore Pike.
Seven people were shot in the incident. Seven of the injured were taken to local Christiana Hospital. No one was killed in the incident.
No further shots were fired at this time. However, the administration requested the public to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
Police have not yet arrested any suspects and have not released any information about the motive for the attack.
The shooting attack is under investigation. Police said all information will be released once the investigation is complete.
